About Us
As a second-generation dentist, Dr. Jeffrey Lane continues his family’s commitment to providing compassionate dental care. Dr. Lane’s father, Dr. William Lane, founded Lane Family Dentistry in 1986 and served patients for over thirty years before his retirement in 2018. After working alongside his father for a decade, Dr. Jeffrey Lane became the practice owner in 2017.
Mutual respect, using each person’s talents to the fullest, and a common goal of providing exceptional care has made the practice what it is today. The friendly staff at Lane Family Dentistry serves patients of all ages.
Dr. Jeffrey Lane was raised in Haddonfield, NJ. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary before attending the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In 2007, Dr. Lane graduated first in his class and received the Academy of General Dentistry Award, the New Jersey Dental Association Award, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award, the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award, and the American Academy of Periodontology Award. He is also the recipient of the William S. Kramer Award of Excellence and the Stanley S. Bergen Jr., M.D. Medal of Excellence.
After dental school, Dr. Lane entered a year-long, advanced residency program at the headquarters of the national veteran’s hospitals, located in Washington, D.C. He joined Lane Family Dentistry in 2008 and worked alongside his father, Dr. William Lane, for a decade before Dr. Bill’s retirement in 2018. He lives in Haddonfield with his wife, Kate, and two daughters.
Dr. Lane is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the New Jersey Dental Association.

Theresa has been with Lane Family Dentistry since 1995. She will work with you to answer all insurance and billing questions and will assist you with making appointments that fit your schedule.
Monica Tonzello, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Monica graduated from the hygiene program at Camden County Community College in 1995 before joining the practice. Always cheerful, Monica looks forward to helping make your experience at Lane Family Dentistry pleasant.
Lori Spear, R.D.H.
Hygienist
Lori earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from Rowan College in Pemberton, NJ, and is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society. She strives to make every patient feel at ease during their cleaning appointments. Lori joined the Lane Family Dentistry Team in 2019.

Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator
Ashley earned a degree in dental assisting from Camden County Community College in 2008, graduating near the top of her class. In that same year, she received the prestigious Southern Dental Assistants Society Award and began her career at Lane Family Dentistry.
Toni Gabri-El,
CDA, RDA, AAS
Dental Assistant
Toni graduated from Camden County College’s dental program. She is still active on CCC’s Dental Advisory Board and is the secretary for the Southern Dental Assistant Society. She became a valued member of the Lane Family Dentistry Team in 2018 after working with Dr. William Lane at the Cathedral Soup Kitchen. She’s the proud mother of three daughters. In her spare time, she loves DIY projects and traveling.
Kate Lane
Practice Manager
Kate double majored in Marketing and English at the College of William and Mary, where she met Dr. Jeffrey Lane. They married in 2004 and now have two daughters. Kate joined Lane Family Dentistry in 2018 after a career in marketing and corporate communications. She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and manages the practice’s accounting, human resources, and marketing.
