Lane Family Dentistry Deploys Lighthouse 360 to Streamline Patient Communications

Lane Family Dentistry has implemented Lighthouse 360 to provide consistent patient communications. Every six months, patients will receive an email reminder to schedule their next preventative care appointment. In addition, Lane Family Dentistry will send an email and/or text message reminder of upcoming appointments. Patients with have the option to confirm or cancel with a simple reply text or email.

Feedback regarding the new communication service has been overwhelmingly positive. “We are pleased with the response to Lighthouse 360 and will continue to evaluate tools that can improve each patient’s experience,” Dr. Jeffrey Lane said.

Lane Family Dentistry Builds Wheelchair Ramp to Improve Handicap Access

Lane Family Dentistry, LLC announced the completion of an ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp at its 208 N. Haddon Ave. location. Dr. William Lane and Dr. Jeffrey Lane believe the structure is an important addition to their patient-focused practice.

The ramp’s design compliments the building’s historical aesthetic while easing access for patients with mobility concerns.

“We are very pleased with the finished product and have already received numerous compliments on the ramp,” Dr. William Lane said. “We sincerely appreciate our patients’ and our neighbors’ understanding during the construction process.”
